Essaye de vider tes fichiers temporaires
Sinon essayes un click droit "telecharger l'image" pendant que la page s'actualise... mais a priori je pense que ton repertoire "Fichiers Internet Temporaires" est proche de sa limite de capacité.
Sur IE8 : Outils --> Option Internet --> Onglet "Général" --> Coche "Supprimer l'Historique de navigation en quittant le navigateur", et verifies en cliquant sur "supprimer" que t'as bien séléctionné les "Fichiers Internet Temporaires".
