Finally got a weight for my Monza

1200 kgs - full of fuel and ready to "race" but without a driver

Recent track day at a local Circuit

It was a fun late afternoon/evening. Once it dried up a pause in the proceedings enabled me to chuck the slicks on and it was even more fun then I could stop getting out of everyone elses way and start making progress

You've got a terrific Monza:looks like Mad Max's car "the Interceptor"!

I see the "roof" has been repaired since the last Croix en Ternois.

Preparation continues slowly ready for the big push - from end of August I have till begining of Feb to get it completed for Croix - I'm not 100% sure I can get it done in time

Was wet to start with but then dried out - still not got my confidence back in the wet

If it's not ready I hope to be sharing with Paul this time in his Monza - hoping it will be finished this year

No english forums have seen any pictures of his car and if he catches me sharing pictures of what it looks like now I will be in trouble

So here is what it did look like





After a complete strip down to bare shell and repaint as well as full rebuild It looks much better now

I am definately not allowed to show any pictures of what it looks like now
